The submission of the Subdivision/Apartment Construction form is a two-step process. First, we need to validate the information above; after that information is validated, you will be able to attach PDF documents (below). Click on the Validate button to begin.

       



Attachments
You can attach a site plan or other related documents here. Please upload a copy of the document in PDF format. There is a maximum of 30Mb of upload attachments. No one attachment can exceed 15MB.


UniSource requires Applicant to complete the Application and may be required to submit a plot plan. The Applicant is responsible for notifying UniSource when service pole and service entrance are installed and ready for service (City, County and/or State Inspections may be required prior to connection). A security deposit is required when meter is set or, in lieu of a cash deposit, a letter of credit from a previous electric utility company may be submitted. Established good credit with UniSource Energy Services is also acceptable.
